Coal Pit Wine Ltd is a New Zealand owned and operated company. All online transactions are conducted in New Zealand currency only. Coal Pit Wine Ltd will appear on your statements and payment records.
Shipping
Normally orders are shipped within New Zealand through our nominated carrier company and generally, delivery is within an estimated 7 days depending on location. In-stock items usually ship in 2-4 business days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and we shall not be liable for delays.
Case quantities are indicated in each product's description, and are generally either 6 or 12 bottles per case. New Zealand shipping costs are free per case or NZ $12 where the order is less than 6 or 12 bottles per case.
We arrange shipping and insurance payment with the carrier on your behalf. Such costs are included in your order total and are your responsibility, together with any risk of loss or damage we deliver the product to the carrier.
If an item you have ordered is no longer in stock, we will notify you by way of email and you will have the opportunity of cancelling your order.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
International Ordering Policy

Please choose your wines carefully as we do not provide a refund in the event you change your mind about a purchase. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, if goods are proven faulty, we provide a replacement free of charge.
